Description:  Series of 1918 $5 star notes are very rare.  The one pictured below is from The Federal Reserve Bank of New York.  However, your specific 1918 $5 star note could be from another city.  All star notes will have Abraham Lincoln on the left side of the bill.  Each bill has a blue seal and serial numbers.

Variations:  There are 20 different signature combinations possible for the series of 1918 $5 star notes.  To date only five different signature combinations have been discovered for the star variety.  Eleven of the twelve Federal Reserve Banks issued star notes; only Richmond did not.
