| Description: This is a unique one year design. At the end of two years these were worth more than the face value. Because of that, almost all of them were redeemed and destroyed. Very few are held by collectors. The artwork shows The Treasury Building. The right hand side of the bill has an engraving of a cannon and the left hand side shows two men seated.
