| Description: The series of 1874 is a one year issue of a well used design. The US Capitol is the central artwork theme. Thomas Jefferson is on the left hand side of the bill (Jefferson is printed just below his portrait).
These notes come with red seals and serial numbers. This note looks like many other from the 1875 and 1878. The 1874 two dollar bill does not command a premium over the others due to its age.
