Description:  Series 1882 ten dollar bills were printed from 1882 until 1908.  These are called 1882 brown backs by collectors.  While all notes say series 1882, they will also have a date in cursive also written on the note.  The cursive date could be anything from 1882 to 1901.

The value of 1882 ten dollar bills is based on the bank of issue and the condition.  If the number in the lower left area is 1, then expect a nice premium.
