Shifted Seal and Serial Number Misprint

It is important to distinguish between the cutting error below and a shift error that you might normally see. Cutting errors only happen during the cutting process. Shift errors happen during the printing process.

Minor alignment cutting errors like shown below aren’t especially rare or valuable, but they are certainly still collectible.
