Description: Regular issue 1891 $20 silver certificates are fairly difficult to locate. However, 1891 $20 star notes are especially rare. Large size star notes were not printed until 1910, but series of 1891 $20 silver certificates were still being printed then.
All 1891 $20 star notes will have a hollow blue star at the beginning of the serial number All star notes from 1891 have a serial number that ends with the letter B. The serial number will likely be less than 10,000. |

Variations: 1891 $20 star notes can only be signed by Parker and Burke or Teehee and Burke. There are currently no $20 silver certificate star notes signed by Teehee and Burke known to exist. So that would be an important discovery. | ||
